| MANGO CHEESE FONDUE By: Jacquie's Jamming
Ingredients:
1 - 8oz French Brie Cheese
4 to 6oz of "Jacquie's Jamming's" Fabulous Mango Jam
1/3 cup Crushed Nuts, of your choice
Cut off the top crust of the Brie Cheese, and place in Baking Dish.
Pre-Heat oven to 375*, and bake for 10 minutes to soften. Then remove from oven, and, keeping the cheese in original baking dish, spread Jacquie's Mango Jam over the whole top, then sprinkle the Crushed Nuts over the Mango Jam.
Return to oven for another 10 - 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
Serve in original baking dish with Crackers or Crispy French Bread and stand well back, your guests will trample over you to get to it!!

MANGO MARINATED FISH FILLETS

Ingredients:
4 Medium fillets of your favorite fish
4 Tablespoons of "Jacquie's Jamming's" Special Mango Chutney
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of grated fresh Ginger
1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon chopped fresh Coriander Chili powder, to taste
Combine all ingredients as a marinade, and spread over fish. Leave for at least 20 minutes.
Grill or Bar-B-Q the fish fillets until cooked through, basting with remaining marinade.
Or, to Microwave, cover with cling-wrap, and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet
